Greetings,

Well if it isn't obvious already let me spell it out for people. This forum is dead. If there was a switch around somewhere I'd turn out the lights. No one is running the place any more, the only posts being made are by bots. Heck, I don't even own a 160 anymore.

Just curious, but what happened? Folks just slowly stopped posting or was there a massive debate over steel frames vs carbon fiber that ran everyone off?

My wife and I just bought an 1198SP and an 848 EVO so it seemed reasonable to see what other folks were saying. Maybe we are too old fashioned with our steel framed bikes. thanks

Forum was sold to a commercial enterprise and it died soon after. This has happened to loads of bike forums over the years, we were just the latest victim.
The mods all pretty much bailed and loads of spam bots now post links to football games and other crap. I still delete them as I get time as do others,but not much else happens here.
