Stopped by there this morning on my way to work, its about 4 miles from where I work and it was on the way in. I would have to say its Bogus my friend. I pulled into a condo parking lot and even walked the block. At 14th and Race on the East side of the Race are the even addys. 1402 is Cheeseman Park condo's then a parking lot and then 1430 which is some bed and breakfast. Across on the other side of Race is 1405 which is another high rise condo bldg and then next bldg over is 1415 which is a residential house. No 1410 found. You may want to double check the addy. If you have another I may be able to help.
