500 Members in one month exactly [Archive]

I would like to welcome our 500th member to the forum. kingtut73 (http://www.1098-forum.com/forums/member.php?u=501)

One month ago Phil came to me with a great idea....well after late night on November 11th getting this place setup, here we are.

30 days later we have a great start to a wonderful forum.

Thank you all for making this a great place for the 1098 community.

It's the members who make the forum what it is.

I agree. The members here are a lot more helpful and a lot more respectful than the other brand-only motorcycle forum. Good job guys! :beer

Yeah, Damn Spalding! I am trying to get to my 100th post, and I feel like I have been here for ever! Perhaps you should be a court orator/recorder (not sure what they call them) but then again, I am sure that they pay is such that you couldn't possibly get a 1098 on the current pay scheme!

One thing I do REALLY like here is the ability to easily report offensive/evil/bad posts... I'm NOT at all for censorship (hey, I put my time "in" to defend our rights...) but it is inevitable we will get some troublemaker here "trolling". I havn't seen it yet... but it inevitably will happen. MODS PLEASE institute some kind of "Three strikes and you're OUT" plan, or something...

I'd hate to see this place be anything other than what it IS!!!

Everyone here is courteous, helpful, and considerate. I'd just like to ensure it stays that way.
