I need you guys' to come up with the segregation areas for this section, I added California well because that's where I am... lol
Please post up your thoughts on what sections we need here and I will hook it up.
Thanks everyone.
I'm thinking Europe, Australia, Canada....as far as USA: Cali, then maybe a more generic West Coast, Midwest, East Coast....whatever?
Member Input please :)

Yea, lets have some coast wars! You hippies in California stay on your side of the map :ninja
Well, since this is where America started, you need a separate section for New England.

Maybe break it down more region specific for the US. I.E. Southeast, Southwest, Northwest, Midwest, etc. etc....

I'm the type of person that will always sway to keeping together a whole rather than fractioning it out. But I see that quite a few people like the regional forums. I just want to be able to communicate with fellow 1098 owners, I don't care where they are. I'm also on the ducati.ms board and they've regionalized, it still works.
If we do go that way, I'd offer my services as a mod. I know that others would really like the opportunity, please choose them before me. However, if you feel that my history here is something that you look for in a mod, I would accept the role.

Good points............. IMO the only reason for posting in the regional sections is for group rides and gatherings etc. These sections should not be used for normal posting, we need to stick together for that.

ducatimonster.org has a great layout. very logical sections in the left hand forum toolbar.

I see nothing on that site for regional forums?
and the layout of the whole site to me is very confusing for the normal user.

Ok, here is how we will work the regional forums.
If you are in an area and you think you will have enough people to keep a section going with group rides and such then post up a thread for it... it if get's some activity then I will create a sub forum for that area.
Sound Good?

Ok, I setup some basic groups that I thought everyone would be happy with... as we go we can make changed to fit our members a little more.
Please post up your thoughts or ideas if we need to make some changes.
Thanks everyone for the input. :beer :beer
