Atlanta1098

Hey Ya'll
I am 24, living in the Atlanta area. (anyone else in ATL?) I have a firm conviction that the only bikes I will ever own will be V-twins (I can live with the "L" configuration). My first bike I rode was a 1450 HD sportster (1200 base motor bored to a 1450) and after experiencing the "real world" torque of V-twins, I never went back. I currently own a Suzuki SV1000s and I love the ability to just keep the thing in third and let the torque do the work. It has been a great "starter" sport bike, but like most everything in life, I want more!!! And lets face it, nothing out there seems to have the beauty, art form, and performance of an Italian made vehicle. Ducati is the pinnacle of the motorcycle kingdom and after seeing the 1098 with what now is a more realistic price for a two-wheeled icon, how can I not try to make it so I own this goddess of two wheels? Hell, I see it as investing in italian art. I would be perfectly content just looking at the bike in my living room, but lets be real, the true enjoyment will come from riding this masterpiece. I have a deposit on the first 1098 coming into Atlanta, I can not f#$kin' wait!:badgerslayer
