Site problems, post gone.

I had a post in here but now it is gone, not sure what happen but what I do know is happening is this error still.

"The server is too busy at the moment. Please try again later."

Also I noticed that sometimes when I post or reply it takes me back to the home page, like it miss navigates me.

Just thought I would let you guys know as this happens all throught the day.

Haven't got that problem....maybe you can give them info like which platform and internet stuff you use

Well I know it is not my provider because it happens on two totally different providers.

I am using the newest version of I.E..

Im getting the same problems too, started about a few days ago... I know its not my provider because I tired from several computers as well, and browsers... It also only does it when im signed in... the minute I sign out the site screams in speed.

I think it is all the extra traffic. Bikes are starting to hit, I'm sure there are getting to be more users.

Don't feel too special, I just got kicked off for about an hour too.

As for the message being deleted - site problem threads are deleted once the problem is known, otherwise you get even more traffic with people posting useful things like "Don't feel too special, I just got kicked off for about an hour too."

WE have outgrown the shared hosting that we are on.

I have just completed the setup of a dedicated server, I'm testing some other sites on it as I type this. So far everything looks to be fine and working great.

In the next week or two I will move a copy of this site there as well for more testing.

Sorry for the trouble, but we will be on a very fast server soon.

This site is the largest the I run... Right now there are above 500 unique visitors per day (including members and guest).

The best stat I have shows that about 80% of all members here are still active over the last 30 days. That is a very high number. Although most of them don't post up everyday, they are still around.
