Hey all,
2006 749 here and the big dilema like many of us, "dump it" and get the 1098.
I'm leaning towards the "tri", just trying to do the math and somehow explain to my wife that my present bike "needs a paint job"!
It actually worked in the past when riding Hondas:biggrin
Oh nice forum layout
OMG an other NOOB :)
Welcome :beer

Welcome!
A close friend of mine in my neighborhood, Dave, has several bikes. Two are currently Ducati's. Start using covers! Whenever he gets a bike like the new Sport 1000 he purchased, his wife doesn't know whats under the cover. After he has had the bike for a month or two & can't return it to the dealer, it's no longer considered new if she sees it and asks! LOL
It won't work in my household, but I find it funny when he tells the story. My GF has a M620 in our garage, so she knows better. Same dilema for me on whether to sell the 749 for a 1098 in the future.
