Hi,
hungry for tracks ...
Has anyone 2009 dates from Apex2Apex? Their website is kind of not up tp date.
Otherwise in MI is Sportbike Track time, sad so many events are under the week like Fridays same with Mid Ohio.
Has anyone else other ideas to get the bike easy on the track when you live in MI? Sucks big time ...

It's my understanding that A2A will not be operating this year. STT lockked up all the dates at Grattan. Another track in Michigan is Gingerman in Grand Haven I believe. Pretty flat and a little rough around the edges - but it is a track.
Others in close driving distance - Nelson Ledges near Cleveland. Putnam Park west of Indy.
If you go near Chicago you've got Autobahn and Blackhawk Farms.
Also, the new track just south of Cincy - Bluegrass Raceway I think.
STT has days at most of these places - except Nelson Ledges.
Almost forgot - BeaveRun just south of Pittsburgh in Beaver Falls PA.
All of them are within easy driving distance to most of lower Michigan.

Glad to help out. If you see me at the track I'll be on a Gixxer #950. If you're interested in joining a great street riding group, check out the MSTA
National Web Site -

There are quite a few track day riders in the Michigan Squadron and they travel out of state quite bit for both track days and street rides.
