lol, you don't wanna see my surgical skillz with mspaint
Peet, that was my idea too. Maybe to leave the white stripe on fairing and front fender as well, only without stickers.:bitchslap :biggrin
I have a carbon front fender. I'm not gonna paint that. But I am conscidering the whiet on tail unit and front.

Very nice. I think the red 1098 looks SOOO GOOD with some white on her.
For my yellow baby - it'll be lots of cf!
What's quality painted cf look like anyway? Can you still see any pattern or does it totally cover up.

Hi there, my name is Koh and let this be my first post here :biggrin
Its a done deal for me the moment I saw the Xerox scheme but like the rest of you, stickers are out. This will be my first Ducati after a life long diet of Japanese and German bikes.
Lets see now, a K1200S for touring duties, a LC4SM for the daily grind......... have not thought of what I am gonna do with the 1098 yet....... so I guess I'll just ride it :biggrin (nearest track is across the border)
By the way, the above picture is already on the wall of my painter's office, its just a question of time..... The 1098 will be launch here (Singapore) on the 7th of Feb.

Welcome Koh! It looks so much better w/out all the stickers!
Hi Koh, another forum member with like minded taste - I have a K1200S as well and am waiting for my 1098S to arrive.
Can you delete the white on the side fairing so that only the front and rear have white number plates?
Thanks!

After seeing this Ill put the numer plate on the tail and color match the mirrors and leave it at that.

Thats my plan too but in an SPS style, just wating on some photoshop pictures from people. Here is what my front nose will look like. Only difference being it will have colour matched mirrors and gold pinstripes on the edges of the white area.

Usually I would agree with this but for some reason im actually a fan of the stickers on the Xerox. the only bike I like them on and i would never put any on any other.
