Track Day at Phillip Island on 26th September Anyone??

I think I might make the effort and head down from Adelaide I have always wanted to do a PI track day.

I'm serously considering it....
I've been wanting to put this bike on the track, but I've only done 920 km on it so far...
I'd like to run up a few more k's on it before I give it all I can on the track. (I'm one of those blokes that believes in running in a bike... :-) )
I'm going into leave the week after that, so I might be able to get the day off. I'll see if I can get a few more k's under the wheels in the next couple of weeks...
MotoGP is on the weekend after that too and I definately be going to the island for that!!

You should be able to get a few more K's on the clock before the 26th. I still haven't finished running my bike in yet, I just go a bit easier on the throttle down the straights! Let me know if you decide to book in and I'll meet you there!

I'll be at the GP as well the following weekend. Maybe we should start a thread on those blokes from the Forum who will be at the GP?

Unfortunately, I wont be able to make the track day on the 26th.

I am going onto leave that weekend but I have been kindly rostered on nightshift on the Thursday night... a 12 hour shift, finishing at 7am...

Maybe next time....

I suppose I could jump on the bike straight after work and come down... ride all day and then ride home that night... maybe not...

Mark I was really trying to make it but have to head down to Melbourne on the 9th of oct for a 40th so i don't have time to do two trips would like to do a track day around november would you be keen on another around then?
