Well here it is, had my full system ceramic coated in black from a place called: "Procoat Hi Temp Coatings", if anyone is interested, they are located at

Unit 1 / 1 Clare Mace cres
Berkeley Vale NSW 2261
02 43889946
0407895044

Stuart is the man to talk to and i must say, im really impressed with his work. About 1 week to have the pipes coated and delivered back to me

Bike looks awesome and the black coating beleive it or not keeps the system much more cooler... no more burning arse!

Don't think he has a website up yet, but here are some of his other work

Thanks guys.. and definitely worth it! + if you are like me and hate the crappy finish on these pipes, the ceramic coating improves this immensely

i guess its not necessary to do the headers if you want to save money but it may reduce the thermal advantages.
was a thought i have as im doing it mainly for looks and it would cost less that way

I got mine done by Jet-Hot Coatings in Melbourne. Sterling Silver finish for me, but they have black and other finishes.

Jet-Hot (http://www.jet-hot.com.au/)

I got the full headers & cans done - cheaper than the guy mentioned above. 1 week turnaround. Highly recommended.

Shite, that's pretty good ain't it!!!

Is there anything left to change on your bike now wilson? There has to be something that you've left standard doesn't there?
