OK, So EC is a bit silly as far as hireing goes, here is a break down of cost.
Weeday; $6000+gst
Weekend; $9200+gst
Ambo's; $1400
BYO Public Liability Insurence; $$$$$$$
you need to make a business out of that????
Wakefield:
Weekday: $3500
Saturday: $4800
Sunday: $4900
Licence: $50
Ambo's: $550
Insurence: $800
A week day will run $4850 + $50 per rider for a Wakefeild licence, MA/NSW club licence holders need to show it on the day and they dont pay a licence fee.
It can be as little as about $62 each for 80 riders, or more depending on smaller numbers.
Personaly I think 30 - 40 riders would be good, 2 groups fast and not so fast at 30min sesions 9 til 5.
Alternitivly, green flag at 9am and cheaquered flag at 5pm, in your own time, go out and come in whenever you want?
Oh year prices will definatly go up next year, and there are no weekends left this year.
My whole motorvation is simply longer track time. After 20min I feel like I just warmed up and I have to stop. So I would appreciate a longer run on track.
