The next Eastern Creek Ride Day will be held on Saturday, 5 July.
The following dates have been confirmed for the remainder of 2008:
Saturday, 19 July
Saturday, 30 August
Saturday, 11 October
Saturday, 20 December

Ducati sent me the wrong size suit, and getting another one is going to take a while as there none in my fat size. So I have to wait to get another one before I commit to a track day, Im thinking of an Alpinstars RC-1, anyone know if there any good?

X, i have a tendency to lean towards the Ducati/Dainese stuff, or the very least Dainese, boots, gloves, leathers, all seem well made and fit well... for me anyway...

Dainese are pretty damn good, have a pair of Axial Out boots now for just under 2 yrs and their 1 and 2 piece Laguna Seca suits are reasonably priced. Check with your shop, they should know of Monza.

another mate of mine is coming on his S4RS as well... got my tyre warmers this time, bought some last week...sick of wasting a lap or so waiting for tyres to get up to temp...

I was very tempted to buy the Multistrada before I opted for the 848. The S version. I wasn't inspired by its looks :mock but I liked the ride and the torque.
A mate of mine will also be doing EC on the 19th of July and 17th of Aug with me. He's got the older version Multi (1000DS). He swears by it.
Now, the OTHER bike that grabbed my fancy was the Hypermotard! Logic got in the way of that one (logic being, I'd lose my license within a month of owning it), but man, was that a fun ride!

So Am I going to have "noise issues" at EC. Do I need to refit the silencers to the 70mm Termi system. Im thinking with all the Ducati's I'll blend in.

Me too. I tried slicks fort he first time and will never go to track without them. $430 a set fitted. Great value.

Had a great day guys, no bloody 190/55 tyres at all this morning, so rode on my old ones... gave the Multi a workout too...

Im gunna go Humpo's route I think. My tyre's were all over the place on the way home....melted rubber stuck around the tyre feels a bit weird????
