1098R in Oz

I needed another set of rims to make it easier to do track days so I ordered the forged mag wheels from Dan Kyle. When they arrived I couldn't help but get them put on.

I transferred the Satos + a few carbon bits across from my 1098S that I traded in.

Not ridden it yet, it was a bit damp on Sunday. Forecast for fine weather this weekend so I'll have a ride & let you know how it compares to my 1098S.

Not sure whether to do the full "run-in" thing (1,000 km) or not before I do a track day. I know this has been discussed a lot on other threads.

Do you guys have an opinion?

It comes with it's own number plate light. Quality seems quite good and the guy is local. My light globe failed a few months ago & he mailed me a new one.
