Maybe... I used to work for Blizzard Entertainment (was there for five years, from 1998 to 2003). I worked on WarCraft III, its expansion The Frozen Throne, Diablo II and World of WarCraft.

In 2003 I co-founded a new studio to focus on AAA console games: Ready At Dawn Studios. We released our first game (Daxter for PSP, published by Sony) worldwide last March to huge commercial and critical success (it was the best selling PSP game of 2006). Here's one of the many reviews:

We are working on an very exciting, huge new game now... it's going to be incredible! :biggrin

I flew for a small operator in the US before I started flying offshore commercially. Air Logistics now own the company I work for (Bristow Helicopters) and are based in Lafayette. I did wiork for ERA once, when they were affiliated with KLM and we operated Sikorsky S76 aircraft for them (but that was in Holland !!) Mind you this industry is small compared to fixed wing, so maybe you will end up flying as one of my pax. I will be the one up front wearing my Ducati baseball cap, as I generally do under my headset, so I should be easy enough to spot !!

Our competitors have just started operating S92s in Aberdeen in Scotland and Shell have bought some for offshore work in Brunei. We have just bought some EC225s for Scotland and in Norfolk (UK) where I am based, we have just taken delivery of three new EC155s, which is what I am converting onto after 12 years on the S76. Here is a pic of it (not very good quality unfortunately)

Nice, but even with the S92's in our fleet now my long time personal favorite still has to be the AS332 Super Puma. I have never felt as much power in an aircraft as I have when flying in it. Just amazing. We still have 1 of them that we are utilizing.

Nice. Got my degree in CS, but don't use it. I'm sure there must be some good places to ride here - I'll find out when I get my new bike!

great if you could just sign that over to me, you'd save me about 2 more years of work and I can just do 1 more calc to get my math minor and move straight to grad school then. thx.

I have a group of friends that are going on the trip to get the 1098 from LA. I guess it'll be party. Can't wait. The dealership called two weeks ago to get a color from me. I joked. "red or yellow, which will I look fatest on, maybe I should try them both on first". He said I'll look fat either way. I love him. :)

we need a picture of you asap. :biggrin

They must pay very well out there for law enforcement! Detectives here usually top at around $90k before OT but if you're in narcotics, you can milk it out I guess with some late arrests.

flasher2001

$90k?? i wish! i make about a third of that, but i'm sure the cost of living here is quite a bit lower. i've kept a good hold of my debt over the years and am (thankfully) in a position to make this purchase happen.

Good ole KHI. I always chuckled when I would look at the VIN plate on my '98 ZX9 and see "Kawasaki Heavy Industries". The chuckle got louder when I bought my '99 R1, they weren't lying when they said Kawasaki HEAVY Industries! Glad to have you onboard!

Cosworth,,, yeah, I've heard of Cosworth... you guys got with Chevy and made a hot rod Vega back in the day, right? :)

Seriously though the last Cosworth product I saw in person was at the Ford proving grounds. It was a Focus with something like ~350hp and all wheel drive. It was a wee bit impressive.
